This legal notice governs access to and use of the website rumbonauta.es (the "Site"), owned by Aula Lume, S.L.U. RumboNauta is a tool supporting tutoring and guidance in secondary education schools.

Access to the Site is free and does not require prior subscription or registration, except for the private area intended for tutors, guidance counsellors, and school administration under a contractual relationship with Aula Lume, S.L.U.

Users agree to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site, in accordance with applicable law, this legal notice, generally accepted morals and customs, and public order.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design, source code, navigation structure, and other elements) is the property of Aula Lume, S.L.U. or third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

Aula Lume, S.L.U. strives to keep the Site available and working correctly and applies reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee that it will operate without interruptions or errors, or be entirely free of viruses or other harmful elements. Except where the law does not allow liability to be excluded or limited, Aula Lume, S.L.U. will not be liable for damages arising from interruptions, failures or incidents on the Site that are not attributable to it.
